Our largest room accommodates 86 for dining, 165 for assembly. The newest addition to Room A/B is the ceiling-mounted projector and screen, perfect for video presentations. The light-filled room faces Brea Blvd. Storm windows reduce street noise and improve climate control.

Scout Center Room Descriptions
The Scout Center features meeting rooms on three levels. The attractive entry and foyer preserves the building's distinctive architectural features while recognizing the achievements of the Brea Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts, who regularly use the facility.

Lyle E. Sutton Meeting Room A/B

Room C
Room C seats 66 for dining, 125 for assembly.
Entry is from the main hall and from the parking lot with a handicap ramp or stairs. An interior doorway connects Room C to Conference Room D.

Dimensions: 41-ft. X 25-ft.
Room D
Room D is equipped with an oval conference table that easily accommodates 10 or more. The room includes a whiteboard and the Brea Lions' video stands for use without charge. The rated capacity is 34 for dining/conference and 65 for assembly, although the large table limits actual capacity to 34. Storm windows minimize outside noise.

Room E
Room E is the only meeting room located on the upper level. The rated capacity is 45 for dining/conference and 85 for assembly. Chairs, tables, and a whiteboard remain in the room. An exterior staircase and door into the room allows easy access from the parking lot.

Dimensions: 29-ft. X 23-ft.
Room BR – Banquet Room
Room BR is at the rear of the building with access from both the parking lot and from inside the Center. It is the only room with kitchen access. A storage closet holds the room's tables and chairs to minimize transporting them up and down the stairs. The rated capacities are 70 for dining/conference and 151 for assembly.

Room K – Warming Kitchen
​
Room K, the warming kitchen, is next to the Banquet Room. It is ideal for caterers and other large parties to temporarily store or heat food. It features a commercial sink and stainless steel prep tables, two microwaves, coffee urn, upright freezer, range and refrigerator/freezer. It is used on a shared basis by anyone using the facility, unless it is reserved with a rental.

Room CR – Craft Room
​
The Craft Room is located in the basement. It is a partially-finished room with indoor-outdoor carpeting so kids can create fun and messy projects. It contains some storage plus tables and chairs. It is not climate controlled. This room is provided primarily for Scout craft use but can be rented if available.
